Twitter IPO mints 2 new billionaires: Here’s the rundown

Twitter co-founders Jack Dorsey and Evan Williams joined the world’s billionaires with the company’s initial public offering this week.

But they didn’t get the biggest haul from the San Francisco micro-blogging service going public.
